Review lesson requests before confirming appointments.
Students choose from enabled appointment types and available slots. An instructor or authorised staff member reviews each request; acceptance creates the appointment. After the lesson, the delivered service is confirmed separately.
Limit requests to suitable appointment types
If students could request every appointment type, your team would have to sort out many unsuitable choices afterwards. First decide which types are bookable and whether individual students need restrictions. The student’s options then depend on those settings and the calculated available times. For example, a student can request an enabled practice lesson without seeing every internal appointment type. This requires maintained appointment types and student-specific settings. The displayed options are opportunities to submit a request; they do not confirm an appointment on their own.
Review the requested slot against the actual schedule
A student requests an afternoon driving lesson, for example. Open the request and review it alongside the calendar: does the time work for the instructor and the resources you need? The instructor or responsible school staff accepts or declines the request. Acceptance creates an appointment for the next planning steps. The student’s wish and your confirmed schedule remain distinct. Agree who makes these decisions during onboarding and keep availability and the calendar current; a slot that appeared free does not remove the need to process the request.
Confirm the delivered work separately after acceptance
Accepting a booking request settles the appointment decision, but it does not settle billing for the lesson. After teaching, the instructor confirms the services actually delivered with the required student signature. That further step makes delivery visible in the service account; office staff can then include delivered services in an invoice. The connected workflow requires the appropriate appointment type to be linked to a service category. It keeps requested, scheduled and delivered work distinct rather than treating each accepted request as a service ready to charge.
Frequently asked questions
Can different students have different appointment types available?
Student-specific restrictions can supplement the bookable appointment-type settings. Review both if a student cannot find a particular type in their options.
When does the requested lesson become a delivered service?
Acceptance and delivery are separate. After the lesson, the instructor confirms the services delivered. The connected process requires the appropriate appointment-type and service-category setup.
How do we get access?
Driving school management is in closed beta. Apply with your school; scope, setup and admission are discussed. No immediate access.

We discuss scope, setup and conditions before arranging participation. Applying does not activate access.
