Lesson booking Closed beta

Request driving lessons — no phone call.

Lesson booking for learner drivers means, with RoadReview: you see your instructor’s free times, request a lesson and get it confirmed — no phone call, no back and forth, and the appointment lands straight in your calendar.

See free times, request a slot

The app shows real free slots: computed from your instructor’s availability minus existing appointments, buffer times and approved absences. Your request is “pending” at first — only when the office accepts it does it become a fixed appointment. No double bookings.

Participation & prerequisites

Working in school management currently requires full school access. Separate restricted office logins are not available yet; we plan responsibilities with you during beta onboarding.

Frequently asked questions

Can I lock in an appointment myself right away?

Not as a binding slot straight away: your booking is first a request with status “pending”. Only when the office accepts it does it become a fixed appointment. That prevents double bookings.

How are the free times calculated?

From your instructor’s weekly availability, minus existing appointments, buffer times and approved absences. Only genuinely free, student-bookable slots appear.

Can I pull my appointments into my calendar?

Yes. There is an iCal/ICS subscription (RFC 5545), read-only and with a revocable token — compatible with Apple, Google and Outlook calendars.
