After speaking to your office, a prospective student already knows your school and needs the intended intake route. Using the school code associates their request with your school. Next, check together that the school and requested licence category are correct and identify any admission decision still needed. This connects the digital entry point to the earlier conversation. It requires the appropriate code for your school and a correctly configured choice of courses. The code does not replace reviewing the details or confirm admission by itself.
Connect an app account to a file already created by the office
A student has already been entered manually and now wants to use the app. Begin with their existing file and use the intended account-linking code. That step connects the app account to the existing profile; a school code instead identifies the school in an intake process. In this example, the connection preserves the relationship to the details already entered. Check which profile needs linking before sharing the appropriate code. Starting another application with a school code does not replace this specific account-linking step.
Follow the admission request after the code has been entered
When a student says they entered the code, your office still needs to check the actual request status. Find the person in the student list, review their school association and handle any outstanding acceptance or rejection through the intended process. You can then explain whether a decision is still needed or the course is active. This requires the correct school association and access to admission handling. Entering a code should not be treated as completing registration or confirming a lesson appointment; those have their own steps.
