Documents and e-signature for the driving-school office means, with RoadReview: training contract, privacy notice and briefings are generated digitally and signed in a documented way — per role for student, instructor and guardian, with no printing and scanning.
Four routes to a signed document
The office works with uploaded PDFs (with placed signature fields and variables), WYSIWYG templates with variable substitution (e.g. training contract), generated personalised PDFs and upload slots (passport photo, first-aid certificate) with mandatory tracking. A document is "fully signed" only once all required roles have signed.

Parents of minor students
For minors, the student or office creates a guest link (link and QR code, with an expiry); parents sign in the signing app with no account and no app install. Only one active link is valid at a time — a new one invalidates the previous.

Participation & prerequisites
Working in school management currently requires full school access. Separate restricted office logins are not available yet; we plan responsibilities with you during beta onboarding.
Frequently asked questions
Is the e-signature documented soundly?
Signatures are captured per role; a document counts as fully signed only once all required roles have signed. Authorised management actions can reset signatures. Check document status before signing again.
How do parents of minor students sign?
Via a shareable guest link (link and QR code) in the login-free signing app — with no account and no install. The link has an expiry, is revocable, and a new link invalidates the previous one.
How is a signature captured?
By browser canvas (mouse, finger or stylus), by uploading a scanned document, or by remote link. The guided signing app walks the signer through all open documents of a student.
