Your driving school’s chat, email and calls. In one place.
The communication module bundles every channel between your driving school and its students: in-app chat with images and voice messages, a full email inbox, video and voice calls, announcements and notifications via web push — no private WhatsApp number and no separate mail program.
One channel mix, one system
Chat, email, calls and announcements all hang off the same student profile — every message is tied to the right person and training. Staff open the channels, students reply; nothing runs over private mobile numbers.
- In-app chat with text, images and voice messages (up to 30 min.)
- Email inbox with threads, attachments and delivery events
- Video and voice calls 1:1 between staff and student
Announcements and web push
Announcements reach the whole school, the team or individual students; high-priority ones also trigger a push notification. Delivery runs as web push (PWA) to all registered devices — switchable per device and category.

Frequently asked questions
Does communication run over WhatsApp?
No. Chat, calls and email run directly inside RoadReview via the student profile — no private mobile number, no WhatsApp group.
Is there a native app with push?
Push notifications today run as web push (PWA) on all common devices. Native iOS/Android apps are planned but not yet active.
Can students message or call on their own?
Chat channels are always opened by staff; students then reply freely. For calls there is an opt-in switch students use to control their own availability.
