The assistant proposes — you send. Every outgoing send, email or chat, requires approval; nothing leaves the school without your confirmation. And it runs with exactly the permissions of the calling person, enforced server-side: what you may not do, the assistant cannot do for you either.
Privacy is built in
Sessions are private per user and school; inactive sessions are deleted automatically after 90 days. Against manipulated input, the assistant is protected with prompt-injection hardening. So operating by AI stays as confidential as working in the dashboard by hand.
Participation & prerequisites
Working in school management currently requires full school access. Separate restricted office logins are not available yet; we plan responsibilities with you during beta onboarding.
How to use the AI assistant with approval
- Ask in natural language
State the task by text or voice — for example "draft the payment reminder to student X" or "show me this week’s open items".
- Review the proposal and a clear view
The assistant works only with your permissions and presents the result as a clear view — a draft, a table or a stat card.
- Approve before sending
Every outgoing send (email, chat) waits for your confirmation. Only your approval triggers the action — nothing goes out unasked.
- Keep it traceable and private
Sessions are private per user and school and are deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Relevant actions remain traceable in the audit log.
