Fleet costs for driving-school owners are made visible by RoadReview: consumption and cost per vehicle and even per student, computed from OBD drive data, the vehicle settings and stored fuel prices — plus warnings from the OBD fault memory.
Cost per vehicle and per student
From tank or battery level (start/end in %), the GPS distance and your vehicle settings (fuel type, capacity, wear rate in ct/km), RoadReview computes litres or kWh per drive, consumption per 100 km and fuel, wear and total cost. You see which vehicle runs expensive — and which training causes which cost.

OBD fault memory instead of guesswork
The fleet shows red warning badges with the number of open OBD fault codes and "last seen"; the detail card lists the codes with frequency and system prefix. A VIN lookup (Vincario) pulls in the vehicle master data once. Warning lights, tyre pressure or inspection dates are deliberately not read out.

Working in school management currently requires full school access. Separate restricted office logins are not available yet; we plan responsibilities with you during beta onboarding.
Frequently asked questions
Where do consumption and cost come from?
From OBD drive data (tank/battery level in %, GPS distance) combined with your vehicle settings and stored fuel prices. From these, litres/kWh, consumption per 100 km and the cost per drive are computed.
Does RoadReview read the odometer from the car?
No. You maintain the odometer manually (decreasing values are rejected). Only OBD drive data comes from the vehicle — there is no manufacturer/connected-car link and no odometer reading from the car.
Does the system warn me about inspections (TÜV/HU)?
No, there are no TÜV/HU reminders. What the fleet shows are warnings from the OBD fault memory (stored fault codes) per vehicle — no warning lights, no tyre pressure, no remaining range.
Can I attribute costs to individual students?
Yes. Because each drive’s data is tied to a vehicle and a training, consumption and cost can be evaluated per student too.
