Bank reconciliation for the driving-school office means, with RoadReview: the bank account is connected via finAPI (PSD2), transactions arrive daily and a matching engine assigns payments to open invoices automatically — nobody retypes statements any more.

How does the office get the account transactions?
Via finAPI, a licensed PSD2 account-information service. You connect the bank account once with SCA (strong customer authentication); RoadReview then reads transactions read-only and syncs daily.
Are all payments assigned automatically?
Confident matches are — they are booked "paid" automatically with a score and reasoning. Unclear transactions land as a suggestion you assign manually or ignore. Nothing that does not fit is booked silently.
What if an assignment is wrong?
You can release an assignment and set it again. The reconciliation stays traceable — every match carries a score and reason codes such as invoice number, amount and IBAN.
